3.2 Account Activity. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your 18lj account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you. This includes all wagers placed, all deposits made, and all bonus offers claimed through your account.

3.3 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. 18lj reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified in advance of any such fee being applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be closed at 18lj's discretion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 18lj operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming a welcome bonus across multiple accounts, exploiting promotions through low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements while minimizing genuine risk, and using any automated strategy to satisfy bonus conditions. Detection of bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the applicable bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry date, after which unused bonus credits and any winnings generated from them will be removed from the Player's account. Expiry dates are communicated in each promotion's individual terms and are displayed in the Player's account bonus section.

5.5 18lj's Discretion. 18lj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. 18lj also reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus credits where it determines that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria for a given promotion.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

13.1 Right to Amend. 18lj reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Such amendments may be made for reasons including but not limited to: changes in applicable law or regulation, changes in platform functionality, or updates to business practices.

13.2 Notification.
